* Note for U.S. customers: The 15% duty is already included in your shipping fees, so there’s nothing extra to pay. Delivery may take slightly longer because of customs processing.

Shipping Info

We provide the same authentic products sold in our Korean stores to customers worldwide. All orders are shipped from Korea with carefully chosen carriers tailored to each destination, ensuring your package arrives safely and on time.  Shipping usually takes approximately 5–14 days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for potential delays due to customs or local circumstances.

Customs Clearance

According to EMS policy, if a package is held at customs, the recipient must handle the clearance directly. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance.

P.O. Box Delivery

Delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not available, as delivery confirmation cannot be ensured in the destination country.
