TERMS & CONDITIONS

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of all services (hereinafter referred to as “Services”) provided by [Shop Name] (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users, as well as other necessary matters.

 

Article 2 (Definitions)

  1. “Member” refers to an individual or entity who registers for membership and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. “Non-member” refers to a user who uses the Services without registering as a member.

  3. “Product” refers to cosmetics and related items sold by the Company to members or non-members.

 

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Changes of Terms)

  1. These Terms & Conditions take effect when posted on the Service or notified by other means.

  2. The Company may revise these Terms & Conditions in compliance with applicable laws and will provide prior notice of changes.

  3. Revised Terms & Conditions become effective from the date of notice.

 

Article 4 (Membership Registration and User Agreement)

  1. Members must provide accurate information during registration. False information may result in restricted use of services.

  2. Minors may not register without consent from a legal guardian.

  3. The user agreement is formed when the Company approves the membership registration.

 

Article 5 (Service Use)

  1. The Company provides products and related information to members and non-members under the conditions specified by the Company.

  2. The Company is not responsible for service interruptions caused by system maintenance, server issues, or force majeure events.

Article 6 (Order and Payment)

  1. Orders are confirmed when payment is completed.

  2. Payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other payment methods provided by the Company.

  3. Product prices and shipping fees do not include taxes or customs duties. Additional charges may occur upon delivery, and these costs are the customer’s responsibility. Free gifts and shipping fees may also be included in customs declarations. For more details, please refer to your country’s customs regulations.
     

Article 7 (Shipping and Delivery Information)

  1. We provide the same authentic products sold in our Korean stores to customers worldwide.

  2. All orders are shipped from Korea via reliable EMS, ensuring safe and fast delivery.

  3. Shipping usually takes approximately 5–14 days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for potential delays due to customs or local circumstances.

  4. Delivery to P.O. Box addresses is not available, as delivery confirmation cannot be ensured in the destination country.

Article 8 (Customs Clearance)

  1. According to EMS policy, if a package is held at customs, the recipient must handle the clearance directly.

  2. The Company is not responsible for delays or losses caused by customs clearance.

Article 9 (Refunds and Exchanges)

  1. Refunds are available within 30 days of receiving the product only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

  2. Items returned due to a change of mind, order mistakes, or signs of use are not eligible for refund or exchange.

  3. Exchanges are not available at this time.

  4. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method. Any shipping or related costs incurred during the refund process are the customer’s responsibility.

Article 10 (Intellectual Property Rights)

  1. All content on the Service, including images, text, and designs, is owned by the Company.

  2. Users may not copy, transmit, distribute, publish, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 11 (Privacy)

  1. The Company handles members’ personal information in compliance with applicable laws and the Privacy Policy.

  2. Members may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal information at any time.

Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)

  1. The Company is not responsible for damages caused by force majeure, courier issues, or user negligence.

  2. Users are responsible for any issues arising from their own actions.

Article 13 (Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction)

  1. Any disputes related to the use of the Services shall be resolved in accordance with applicable laws.

  2. In the event of legal disputes, the competent court shall be the court with jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
