• Who is the 8mirrors Custom Routine service for?

  Anyone and everyone who is curious about their skin. It's perfect for those who are just starting their skincare journey, as well as those who already have a routine but are frustrated with not being able to see noticeable improvements in their skin.

  
  

• How long will it take to get my report?

  As the 8mirrors Custom Routine is built directly by our CEO, please allow 5-7 business days to receive your skin analysis and custom routine. Once it's ready, it will be sent to the same email address that you registered with.

  
  

• Why is a skin analysis important?

  Because buying skincare products without knowing your skin is like driving a car with no wheels. The first step to building an effective skincare routine is understanding your skin, knowing what is needs and then from there you will know how to match the right products to reach your skin goals. At 8mirrors, we first assess your skin in-depth before we curate your custom routine. This mean you save money on unnecessary purchases, and reduce the risk that incompatible products may give to your skin.

  
  

• I already have a routine. Will I have to completely change my entire skincare routine to the 8mirrors recommended routine?

  No! When you submit your photos, we also ask that you tell us what products you're currently using. We also assess your current routine and if we deem that a product (or products) from your current routine are actually compatible with and beneficial to your skin, we carry it on to your new routine.

  
  

• What type of products do you recommend?

  Our skincare solutions are based around Korean skincare products. Korean skincare products are generally a lot more gentle than Western skincare, and they sit well with our "heal first, target later" mantra.

  
  

• Where can I purchase the products in my custom routine?

  All Custom Routine customers will have access to their discounted skincare routine directly from 8mirrors. We offer global shipping, so just sit back, relax, and let us take care of everything!

  
  

• What if my skin has changed since the last time it was assessed by 8mirrors?

  As you know, many factors including weather, seasonal changes, diet and hormones have a big effect on skin. If you feel like your skin has changed since your last analysis, just come back to us and we will reassess your skin and tweak your routine to suit your current condition.
